Sign Up for the Junior Medallion Program

Join the Junior Medallion Program in three easy steps:

1. Registration & Payment – Complete both in a single step using our online link.
   
   

2. Fill Out the Participant Form – After registration, you’ll receive an email with the form to complete.
   
   

3. Mother Registers as a Member – Ensure the registering mother or female guardian is a member before submitting your daughter’s enrollment. Go to the Membership link.
