Reservation Instructions:
Before completing your reservation, please review the FAQs on our website.
Online reservations require payment of processing fees, which St. Lucy’s is unable to cover:
• Credit card fee: 3–4%
• Bank direct deposit fee: $0.99
If you uncheck the fee option, your payment will be refunded. We will notify you so you can reprocess your payment including the fee, which may delay completion of your reservation.
If paying by check is your only option, please email MB2025Reservations@gmail.com to confirm and coordinate your reservation.

IMPORTANT: To process your reservation online, you must pay the administrative fees automatically calculated based on your reservation total. If you uncheck this option, we will contact you for payment. Until the fee is paid, your reservation is not confirmed. St. Lucy’s cannot cover administrative fees. If paying by check is your only option, please email the Reservation Chair to make arrangements.
When is the final deadline to submit a reservation?
We kindly ask that all reservations be submitted by Tuesday, October 28, 2025. This allows us to include your names in the printed program.
Can I make changes or add guests after I submit my reservation?
Yes. Changes or additions can be made until Sunday, November 16, 2025. After that date, we cannot accept any further updates.
How can I guarantee a Joan of Arc table (first-row tables that line the dance floor)?
A limited number of Joan of Arc tables are available. Reservations are first-come, first-served, and must include payment for the entire table. Requests without full payment cannot be honored.
Can I reserve a table of 12? Do I have to pay extra?
Yes, a limited number of 12-person tables are available at all levels. To request one, purchase a full table of 10 online, then add 1–2 additional tickets at the same level. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will contact you.
How can I sit with or near friends/family submitting a separate reservation?
The best way is to submit one reservation together.
If submitting separately, ensure you purchase the same table level and email the Reservation Chair at MB2025reservations@gmail.com to request to sit together.
We cannot seat different table levels at the same table.
If you would like to be near another group, email the Reservation Chair with this request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will I receive a confirmation about my RSVP?
We will only contact you if we cannot fulfill your request for a Joan of Arc table or a table of 11/12. These tables are limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
I don’t have all guest names yet. Can I still submit my reservation?
Yes. Please enter “TBD” for any unknown attendees. At check-in, your guests should give your name to be seated at your table.
Can I split payment between multiple credit cards or pay partly online and partly by check?
No. Reservations must be paid in full using one payment method. If paying by check is your only option, please email the Reservation Chair at MB2025reservations@gmail.com for instructions.
Are tickets refundable if I can no longer attend?
No. All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.
Can I transfer my reservation to another guest if I cannot use it?
Yes. Please email the Reservation Chair at MB2025reservations@gmail.com with the updated guest information so we can ensure our records are correct for check-in. We cannot take any changes after November 16.
Will my daughter and her escort sit with us?
No. Medallion candidates and their escorts are seated together. Their seats are included in the registration fee paid the summer before Senior year; you do not need to purchase them separately.
What if I or a guest has special dietary needs?
Please note any vegetarian meals, allergies, or special dietary requests on your reservation form.
Can I request seating near an exit?
Yes, please note this request on your reservation form.
Can elderly or disabled guests be seated before the doors open?
Yes. Please indicate this request on your reservation form and again at check-in. We will assist you.
Do I need to invite my daughter’s escort’s parents?
This is entirely your decision. Some families choose to, but it is not required.
What if my group does not fill an entire table? Will we be seated with others?
Yes. If your reservation is for fewer than 10 guests, you will likely be seated with other guests to complete a full table.
How will I know my table assignment?
At check-in (in the lobby of the Wyndham Hotel), you will receive your table number. Volunteers at the ballroom entrance will direct you to your table.
If we make separate payments, will each of us receive a tax receipt?
Yes.
What are the ticket prices?
- $500 – Joan of Arc (must be purchased as a full table of 10 = $5,000)
- $400 – Gold
- $325 – Silver
