Welcome! You now have the option to pay the $100 Junior Medallion Candidate Registration Fee online or you may pay by check. To pay online, complete the form below.
To pay by check, please make a check for $100 made payable to St. Lucy’s Auxiliary to the Blind and return it with your Junior Medallion Candidate Registration Card in the envelope provided with the official Junior Medallion Candidate Invitation.
Young ladies are Official Junior Medallion Candidates when the following is complete:
1. $100 Junior Medallion Candidate Registration Fee is paid.
2. Junior Medallion Registration Card is returned to the Junior Medallion Chairperson
3. Mother/Female Guardian is a member of St. Lucy’s Auxiliary to the Blind. Mothers/Female Guardians are required to become a member and renew membership every year they have Junior Medallion Candidate. Join or renew here
